personal houses

One of my friends suggested personal houses and I thought why not so could we have a real estate store and have personal homes that can be customized and can invite friends over to for partys like celebrations for beating a hard run or getting to the highest level

Do you mean as in this:
About 3 kinds of houses(bc of 3 classes).
You buy your house and get to put a certain theme into it(as you would a gh).
Is that what you mean?

Phantasy Star Portable 2 has personal houses...really nice feature!

That would awesome have a tv,master bedroom(for me),a guest room(in case my friends dont have their own house).
