Support won't reply me so I ask here.

Few years ago I have got an account. But what was wrong?

I have registered e-mail : 123456789@email.cz (fake e-mail)

But my account was registered on : 1234567891@email.cz (fake e-mail)

It means, that my account is on wrong e-mail.

I forgot password so I send it to my e-mail but then I found out where is problem.

I tried to create that e-mail but it was already taken. So I contacted e-mail support and they said that this account is "offline" because user does not use him for a long time.

So question is : If you send message on e-mail which is "offline", will your message arrive there or not?

Next question : What can I do then?
