There is a new version... error

I keep getting
"There is a new version of Star Legends available! Please refresh your browser."

I do and still am getting this error.
Not sure if its a bug or server problem?

SOLVED: Had to clear cache, go to Wrench Icon > Options > Under the Hood > Clear browsing data > Make sure cache is check and pick Since the beginning of time
