A few weeks back my neighbor killed my other neighbors dog because it was barking too loud. 'The killer' cut a hole in his fence and waited for the dog to come into his yard so he would he the right to shoot it.
Now, two weeks later the victoms had a brilliant plan to put a sign in their frount lawn (covered with christmas lights) so now when everyone drives by they see this. It is just hallarious!
I cant wait to see how gary reacts LOLOLOL

BTW: it is very sad and we are working on getting him out of the neighborhood. If he is shooting off a gun with a children's school 2 blocks away.... He needs to leave lol

I think my dad called the cops and they said that since the dog was on his property, he was aloud to shoot it.
Everyone in our neighborhood knows how Gary is a big pill taker and has a few brain injuries to his name.
Just to give u guys a small example.. He's 47 years old and he lives with his mom. He has no job and relays completely off her.
