Does the proc work pve & pvp? 5 seconds is a long time in pvp to be stunned.
What is the drop rate likely to be (pls pls not as rare as farming harg hammer)

lvl 42 wpns are also available in lower subway for 650 plats and in hospital lvl 36-41 for 400-600plats

They were the reward for reaching the level cap many years ago

Yes. There was an issue with the most recent update that has set certain characters to Level 0.

We have applied a fix to the game servers and have returned characters to their proper level :-)
