Quick question regarding event LB's

So you know how top certain number of people on lb during events get an item like Frank set/red balloons and etc. I wanted to know how many of these are actually distributed into the game. From example red balloons says top 25 players from Halloween got it. Does this mean top 25 of each class or top 25 of each class plus top 25 of overall event lb too. Basically how many of this item were distributed?

It’s top 25 of each class, so pretty much 75 red balloon banners but I heard there was a glitch that top 50 got it? So idk

For that event only, if you were top 25, you were awarded one of each class. It's been class specific ever since. Frank, ghost and Medusa were 4m when they first came out. But 4m back then was also a lot of gold
