Hugthulu’s Purple Rose Quest

Im just wondering about this quest coz description says you will be rewarded a Hugthulu Purple Rose upon reaching gold tier. I reached plat tier already but my quest says its not completed yet nor was granted any purple rose.

So whats up with this quest?

Atm I'm struggling to post somthing keeps saying moderator has to verify it and

Reaching gold tier grants the quest. You collect rose petals from Hugthulu Prime to complete the quest.

@Lojack I'm plat tier and so are a lot of my guild mates. Quest is there but never got granted
