Does Kisso's AA taunt enemies really work ? Sometime i see the charmed enemies with sparkling love around them stop moving and some of will still attack us....

50% chance to charm enemies..... I am not referring to chance I am asking about the AA.
If the mobs are charmed.. they will sparkle with love on them... i am asking why they are taunting and attacking mobs..
