Can I PvP?

Hey guys, what’s up. So here’s the dealio. I’m looking to pvp at lvl 66 and I need to know if the gear I have is good or if I’m missing anything essential.

I’m a mage with full tainted gun set, the gun has the best awake for stats in the market. I have venom speed set and Elondrian Sash of Brilliance as a belt. I do not have an arc arti. I plan on getting excellent or superb mind jewels on all my gear.

All I need to know is:
Can I pvp with the gear I have?
Which belt should I buy?
Is the arti that essential?

Edit: I also have all tavern buffs if that helps.

What about buffs? People don’t use time shift in pvp so should I switch that out for ice? I would use ice, fire, shield, heal, and what?

This is my personal build:
For Clash:
Shield 4/5 [-no Displacement Wave] + Mastery (10/10)
Fire 4/5 [-no Scorch (use for Dot + Stun)] / Gale 4/5 [-no Speed (use for Armor + Stun)]
Lightning 3/5 [-no Discharge and Shock] + Mastery (10/10)
Heal 4/5 [-no Recharge Mana] + Mastery (10/10)

Passive: 5/5 [Armor|Int|Might|Dmg] + Crit from Pet.

For Dual:
Replace Fire/Gale with Ice (Shorter CD).

I wouldent use any attacks that stun etc because the rogue can use razor shield and counter that. Lol make sure ur hp/armor is high or you will get killed fast.
