Neither, but the phrase "thanked X times in X posts" or whatever it said.
Now just the # of thanks lingers
Oh yeah, they purged a section of old forums recently and thanks got decreased with the missing posts

That is correct idk why STS made the change maybe some kids felt bad about how many thanks they have given and received haha
