10xp is not a big deal it's just 200k more than clean when lvl cap comes till then worthless..

That is just a norm wep worth around 200-300k or less. (because of exp awake) But its lv 66 so it will only be priceful when lv 76 or 72 is released.

Hang on to it until expansion comes along, i have rogue pieces with xp% awaken, every little bit helps, and 10% is a good amount (: it all adds up.
