Fix battleground content please. 2.0

Since long time there is double bug on this system.
1st one number of players can join over the options section decided.
2nd one battleground cant be accepted anymore.

As it says, a Trade Permit is now required

Anyway from the other hand will stop kids that will make system using battlegrounds..so its also good..but its better you make an official post..cause none knows about it

Trade permit required..I got it but still battlegrounds cant be accepted. And still the other bug (on players allowed to join) as showed by screenshots still exist.
