Is this a bug? It says I need to purchase it with plat again even though I bought it a few weeks ago...you can check my plat purchase history. Or do you need to buy it again with plat if you choose to change faces...that would be dumb.

It's not a bug, you can only have one face. If you have story tokens, you can use those.
