Fixed an issue where LUCK.E.BOT would sometimes fail to give loot.

That’s not the only known issue, I’ve been farming for over 25hrs and I didn’t drop a single Heroic item, I invite people in my room and they drop it, it feels very unfair.

Is there any way to contact the devs in private? Because they don't respond to emails or when you click the "contact us" little monster thingy.
