[Question] Legal to hire players to complete PVP or other achievements?

Greetings AL friends & family!

This has been on my mind for a while, a few questions [emoji848]

1) Is it legal (within game rules) to hire players to accomplish achievements? (e.g. Hire 5 people, 500k each, to help open CTF matches and let you flag)

2) Is it legal (within game rules) to hire players to find rare-spawning mobs? (e.g. Player who finds goblin boss in Shuyal Arena are paid 500k if he parties the employer and helps him kill the goblin)

With the exception of the morals behind these actions, are they legal, within the game rules?

1. Not legal provided I completely understand what your meaning is. What you describe sounds like it breaks ToS.
2. Legal, but someone who charges you if they find a rare boss sounds like someone I wouldn't want to have dealings with. Either way I would avoid this just to be safe.
