I'm not getting any dungeon tavern locks upon completion of tavern crawl. Is this a random drop?

same i just tried finishing 1 tavern but no crate.. how do we get this?

The dev means the dungeon is locked and no one else can join anymore when the first tavern room finishes.

You can still use the old stable along with the new if you want. Just click on your pet and then inspect.
