I'm gonna guess that there are some storyline quests you have to do before that to open some of these dailies.
Check the story tab on the left and see if there's some missing

I would say you need to finish all story quests and most side quests

The secret lair is part of the banished set quest if I’m not mistaken

Open the associated zone (and possibly all previous zones) -- these should be the main story quest line. Generally that should open the dailies associated with that zone.
