This event ends on Thursday, 3/22/18, at 1:30 PM CT. It will then enter a three day cooldown to spend your remaining tokens.

Egg Drop Preview


Not this week, but coming soon is the fabulous Egg Drop event. This one is more full-featured than the St. Paddy's event, and follows the Hugthulu Event format. Here's a preview of some of the things coming your way:

Its not just PvP. Everything that was free to play seems to have gone, been nerfed massively or turned into plat based event. Twinking, Gauntlet, Valentines, Arlor egg Event, Jewel Farming to name a few examples. Miss the good old days but it is what it is.

80%+ of the AL community is angry about awakenings and what they did to PvP so why would you add more of it hahahah.

Yes, I do understand that the core purpose of this business is to create profit but I really don't think the monetary value of this content is worth the negativity created from awakening.


A friend of mine said we will soon be awakening pets, can't wait!

You can get gold loot in your Helms and make even more Gold from running Mausoleum.

If you want to have the best possible awakenings and be better than everyone then it of course also has a price.

You can't expect to have the best stuff for free.

I am usually one of the guys to criticize STS about suh stuff, but they are doing an excellent job now and coming with this salt here just shows that some players don't appreciate anything at all.

I like how the easter banners look, type of fabergé eggs. Also like that helmets are now awakened, won’t be soon before armor gets awakened too.(wonder how much gl people will be able to have)
Off topic but are there any plans for an increase in housing slots ? Considering there is new furniture in the tavern crates and the previously available easter furnitures. Would appreciate an additional 50-100 slots

I have seen some of the most strongly geared players in pvp and they have no clue what they are doing.

Who says people expect the best stuff for free? I spent £10,000 in AL so evidently I do NOT expect anything for free. What I don't expect is content which goes against what the majority of the community wants.

Nd no i dont criticize sts im not saying this coz im afraid they would ban me or something but im saying this bcoz things like tainted set have sure bought balance to game and they r listening to people now since start of 2018 i know they r making efforts to stabilize things again but imo introducing helm awakening is making a few things worse after pvp was already ruined by awakening introduction to weapon/amulet/ring and now helmet nd im saying this coz i have experienced low lv pvp myself where i was an average player and not even close to the best coz of awakenings

Well first off I never said anyone is happy.

We knew all the time that awakenings in Helms were coming sooner or later. I have never seen anyone open a thread against it before it happened.

There are awakenings in Weapons, Belts, Rings, Amulets, and Artifacts, I don't see how Helm awakenings will make it any "worse" than it is.

The majority does not pvp because they either get ganged or don't have basic equipment to compete. As I replied to Zau, I don't think Helm awakenings will have a significant effect on the game as you say.

For PVE it's just more stats for everyone and I don't see how that's a bad thing.

The no gold loot on helmets is a very good step in right direction of discouraging this whole concept of gold farming which came with mausoleum im still hoping for some gold sink technique in future

Well I awakened my helmet and got dodge, another awaken brought 2% gold loot so I awakened again because I could and got 8% movement speed. I'm not gambling anymore. I can't play much until after Easter anyway, so many commitments in reality prevent this. I wish you all good luck. *Whispers* I may be able to sneak on in the dead of night or sometimes in the day when nobody's looking. Shhhh don't tell anyone but sometimes I hide in the cupboard under the stairs to play AL. 😋

Someone said there is no gold loot on helmet but I'm sure I got 2% gold loot on second awaken. I don't understand so maybe a Dev could clarify as I would hate myself if I read the awaken wrong and people based the amount of awakenings they used on what I said on my previous post. I'm sure it said 2% gold loot. I wouldn't make up a thing like that and it was so precise.

it is weird that there isnt gold loot enhancements in helm, considering helm has class restriction like weapons, it should have same quality of possible enhancements like weapons, the way you balanced gold loot awakening in just helm feels weird, it should be balanced on all items. probably like limiting gold loot to 20% on all other items and 40% to class restricted items

Don't if this is a bug or not, was running maus and damage dropped from 1.1k with flame staff to 103dps literally. Stats were bouncing up and down. Asked my guildmates to check my stats and nobody can accurately see what i have. They see me without gear or weapons. Would like this looked into asap. Ign. Aracnerival

Looking forward for this event. Liked the miners and dandy concept.+1 for the event format. Though I hope that the Jet-back-pack is not a LB top 10 reward. Because I want it, and I am running low on gold to run top 10 again this event, wasted too much on paddy's :\
