Gale Skill & Armor Pasive

First of all, Gale skill (mage skill) has an upgrade that grants 50% armor when charged. It works well but it doesn't take in consideration the 5% armor buff granted by the armor passive.

For example, if I have 2000 armor without the Armor pasive, when I charge Gale I get l get 3000 armor. BUT if I have the Armor passive (5% armor), when I charge Gale it will stil still grant me the same amount of armor as if I didn't had the 5% Armor pasive.

Same issue with Rogue's shadow veil, though I guess no one bothered changing thatIt'd be totally a game changer for mages. I have 5342 armor (with 5% armor buff) and gale only takes me to 7632 or so but it's supposed to take me to 8013.. that's a big difference.. I guess that's the way to counter the high crit/dmg of rogues nowdays but it's not working properly.
