Experience Gain Bug

Many players including myself aren't receiving any experience points from our allies. I have set each ally up for 24 hours and every time I go to collect, I don't get a single point. This has happened so many times that it's irritating because I'm unable to level up.
"disable XP gain" is not on btw

Also, pve kills are not counted on players who have disabled XP gain.

This is still happening, I'm stuck at level 43 and every time I collect an ally it doesn't give me a single experience point, only gold

Please fix! I don't want to miss out on the pure evil title and the relic gem.
Been stuck at this level for months
