Loading wont go past 86%

Im using a Chromebook Lenovo pc. Before the client update it was fine but after it has loaded much slower on this screen below. It keeps having a pop up window that says help which I did the chrome://flags thing with the cpu.

Can you pm me the log from your browser console? (menu / more tools / developer tools, console tab in chrome).

It may also be worthwhile to see if it works for you in firefox.
