Where is my platinum?

I purchased platinum but it isn't showing up. It keeps saying that it's already been purchased and I need to download it. How do I do that? I paid for the platinum so I would like to have it. Please advise.

Plat will sometimes take a while to show up. You may need to email sts if plat does not show up in atleast 34 hours
