Early Cap Reward?

Hasn’t been verified yet: will there be an early cap reward? If there will be one let’s try to get it settled before the cap release this time :)
just want to make sure. April 2nd.

I think there wont be early cap reward. Also i think new sets will be 15-20m because its like L61 cap: platinum farmable stuff. I am cool with that, since items stay rare.
