Is it better to have a pure dex bear or is it good to have some str to equip some str armor (is 30 health a lot?) and i think adding str only gives 3 more armor than dex....Is 30 Health a lot in pvp??

I don't think the stats themselves define what makes it better at that level range - it's the gear.
Question is, str/dex gear or dex gear. Is that what you mean?

It would be str armor and str helm then dex talon and dex shield.....I think pure dex sounds the best.. Unless 40 extra health is good for pvp?
