Kind of, copy URL and use the the icon above in tool bar which looks like the internet (world) with a link pic over it (chain). Click and a pop up should be shown, paste the URL and press okay to add the forum formatted link.

or add <insert URL> [ /URL] (without spaces)

If you use the icon, you can modify what you want this to look like on post.

You can also put a website link and replace it with other words like this by clicking on the icon that looks like a globe with a chain link on it and entering in the address. Then, erase the section between the ] and the [ and enter in some words. (http://www.spacetimestudios.com/forumdisplay.php?29-Websites-and-Forum-Discussion)
