Where are the cake and phats dropping? no info in patch notes
edit: what level is birfday bones scaled for, he seems to be very very strong against a l39 mage?
crazy eight cake and birthday cake shield can be brought from Crazy Abe thats spawn from chest, wear those two vanities and kill mobs to spawn "Birfday Bones" that drops 8 different party hats and shields
