STS pls help T_T

So I was completing the restoring armor quest line for my mage and got as far as upgrading the armor. However when I completed the questline for the helm to be upgraded I didnt actually have the helm on my character and it was in fact in my stash (or on my pvp lvl 36 char i cant remember) so when i turned the quest in it resulted in my helm not being upgraded and I now have a half completed upgraded vili set that cant be completed T_T.

Is there anything that can be done for my character, like maybe possibly manually upgrading it for me? or resetting the last stage of the questline so that i can have the oppurtunity to upgrade it again? As this is my fav vanity set in the entire game :(.
