dmg in guildbattles not reduced

as i remember all damage, hp and mana regens in pvp reduced to 45%
but it doesnt work in guildbattles, and all players have full dmg and regens
(for example:
mana regen by jack's AA slotted in heroic pet lvl66: in tdm,ctf,duel i recieve only 227 mana per tick, in guildbattle 504 mana per tick, same 504 in pve)
will it be reduced in guildbattles same as usual pvp? easier to say: atm all getting killed by oneshot in guildbattles

also cant feed pet in guildbattle
