You can loot it from certain Locked crates and 2018 Platinum Arlorian Eggs if I'm correct. You can also purchase it for 750 Crate Tokens from the npc "Naxbot" in Garetta Village.

Also Corvis the Lich drops it sometimes in mausoleum 5 & 6.

That cheap Lich raaaaaarely drop Shard, just had the opportunity to see couple times in 900 aps runs (and was never meeeeeeeee who drop it!!! XD)
