Bug in my first acc

I have a problem with one of my accs. That was my firts acc in DL. I reseted that and now i cant pass of first tutorial mission. When I enter in first mission tutorial, there's a portal in start and in the end of map and no zombies. And when I into in portal I back again for the first mission, and I cant reset that again.
