Remove getting sparky wisp

Please remove getting the free sparky wisp, players are still able to use their alts or create new accounts to have more of these wisps. Selling is it is going to be moot, the more it goes to auction house the more its price will be lower, the more useless it will be. Getting the wisp was an achievement for spending a lot of plat to get weapons in order to have a pet. Feels like getting that reward is pointless now. The wisp should maintain it's value given it literally "cost" 2100 plat.
