Hey guys, im new here, and I just bought a used iPod touch from eBay, and when I tried to get onto pocket legends, it said I cant make an account because banned users can't make one. :(
I'm wondering where to go//who to contact for this issue, thanks!

Yeah! It is really fun! Also to get this cleared up...If you get to lvl 13 and you start not getting any XP its because you need the next map pack to lvl up more..Are you planning on getting the map packs?

Yeah, if you can't get past 13 then, sure I'll get map packs! I did notice in the app store there was an in app purchase list, so I'm guessing map packs cost money? And if so, which one should I get? And I switched to this game because I like MMOs, and WoW got too expensive for me :D so I have money to spend btw.

Well there is this stuff called platinum that you buy with real money and you use the platinum to buy special weapons, Map packs (There are 8 map packs), And special gear!

Map packs are 10 platinum some of the the map packs are on sale though for 6 plat!

5 Platinum=0.99$
30 Platinum=4.99$
70 Platinum=9.99$
And there are other larger amounts of platinum you can buy I would start off with about 70 Platinum so you can get all the map packs. =) Hope this helped!

I would just wait. This is a tricky situation. If the device was permabanned, that means the previous owner must have done something very bad. They can't just unban a device because someone says they are a new owner. If they did, every banned player would just set up a second email address and contact the devs saying they are a new owner of the device. I hope they can help you, but it doesn't seem like a simple problem to fix.
