I've been experiencing this lag where my ping is at 300(average) but i cant do anything. I cant move maps, cant use skills, cant switch characters. I tried restarting my game and my internet but it didnt help. Has anyone else experienced this kind of lag? I tried changing accounts and they're fine. Its only lag on this specific character
