For future tournaments, I'd love to see a variety of different rewards. Tournament shields are nice, but a bit outdated and repetitive. I'll provide a few suggestions below.
-Exclusive title to tournament winners (i.e Reigning Champion of Alterra, Best of the Best, etc)
-A floating badge-like vanity armor like in Star Legends
-Exclusive Antenna
-Exclusive inspect page color
Just a small suggestion, but some food for thought for future events.
Also to increase games general activity and gold flow there could be a weekly automated pvp reward system based on how active a person was in pvp during the week, with rewards being bits of gold (10,000-100,000). For example, a weekly milestone could be 30-300 kills (across whole account) in a week (30 kills minimum to receive 10,000 gold ranging up to 300 kills for 100,000 gold). Boosting can be deterred by only counting kills in public pvp games without a password and not allowing kills in ctf (to prevent spawn-kill boosting). This would be a good way to not only increase activity in PvP, but allow the community's economy to stabilize.
