I suggest reading the preview... we don't farm it. We buy it from Pocket Community's guild management npc.

Read ALL of it? It's all there. Nobody get white drag until the end of the event, and only if you join the guild Pocket Community.

After we craft the White/Gold Dragon set, will there be an elite ring or the dragon pet with dmg/armor/health similar to Pysko?

Pets having stats didn't happen until l100 cap, years after all dragon sets

Black dragon pieces dropped as an item with stats and had to be converted into vanities.

Actually the gold and white dragon set you will buy from a vendor from winning guild. The dragon set you loot is called "White Lightning" or something with blue horns(with lightning) and cyber jet wings and white everywhere else a very rare drop according to cinco

The White Lighting is so rare that after 20 runs with elixar 100% reroll and bones , it doesn’t drop :p
