So 2018 Goblin Event has ability to craft Greater Gilded Goblin Chest show up in crafting menu. However recipe cant be purchased from event vendor. From searching forums there is no clue as to where this recipe can be located if at all. As result I'm claiming inability to craft these chests is a bug. Happy to be corrected if someone can tell me how to get my hands on the recipe
