Currently ATM I'm waiting for my turn to use the guild vendor but I can't since there's already players in GH. Tbh I really thought Cinco would've extended the GH capacity for the two days that the vendor will be available for. Yes, if you have the "guild leaderboard event winner" elixir you can access the event prize vendor in ANY guild hall for the duration of the event.
