I remember when being 55, that a str bear vs another str bear took literally forever. We got bored in the end and called it a draw LOL

I have not seen a bear vs bear in quite some time, but consider using a dex set and trying to kite. It will make the fight go much faster. I don't know though if a dex bear will win against an str bear, but in the 55 days, it was luck and player skill.

Bear vs bear isn't the issue IMO, the bear tournament proved that. It's when 2, mainly dodge focused str bears go at it... Then the fun... Eh.. Just never ends LOL

I'm not sure how different it is now at 60/61, but bear fights could be over in a matter of seconds when you put up a bear who knows how to duel a bear versus a bear that just fights.

It's just buff timing and crit/debuff stacking. He buffs up Rage/defensive buffs, you hold out on your Rage and merely use defensive buffs/debuff him. The moment his Evade/IB wear off, stack Crushing Blow, SMS, and Hell Scream, buff Rage, and hope you land crits which would pretty much knock him out in a combo or two.

Have to say, bear versus bear is very chance dependent though. Who dodges and crits most often wins.

Bear vs bear is fun. Prolly my favorite... I dun use my bear often but its 60 heading towards 61 after I finish my bird. He was only madr for Ellyidols 1/1 bear tournie :) he did well n went into retirement.

You can defeat a Str Bear with a Str Bear in about 15 minutes easily. Make sure you rush and he's AFK.

You can stretch a bear fight for a couple days usin this tactic!
