Congratulations to Oby and the PC crew for a fun time during the event, it'll be hard to get me to take off White Drag :P
With all of this focus on guilds recently, I'd like to suggest that there be a new guild rank added to the roster to make guild life a bit easier.
Firstly, I suggest we have a rank between Officer and Master called General. Now, Officer should be given promote perms and strip their boot powers, given only to General who have the same promotion permissions as Officers, except they can't promote to officer.
Officers can't boot but have a new punishment method including a guild chat mute for five-ten minutes so the officer can contact the person acting out to give him a warning while at the same time reprimanding him until a General gets online
Also, Generals and Masters are the only ranks with boot powers. This way, you can have people monitoring chat but reduce the risk of mass boots. Now, only Masters can promote to any of the ranks.
