5/14/18 | Hotfix | Minor Goblin Event Fixes

Quick hotfix to fix some emergent issues:

+ Repositioned starting mobs in goblin bonus zones to prevent odd zone splits
+ You can now buy the Gilded Goblin Crate Recipe from the Vendor
+ Added Goblin Mother Quest to Scount NPC
+ Players can no longer take old Gore-Blin quest (but can turn it in)
+ Updated text on Goblin Mother quest to be relevant to mother
+ Sacred Halo and Hallowed Circlet behave like normal helmets
+ Helmet display cases can now be moved lower to the ground

What about the Windmoore mother's day quest that we couldn't get because there was no PC stationed in Windmoore? I wanted that helmet :/

Yea I need that too ive solo it killed both booses and Mother ,
Pt it a few time and ran it while I was Plat still not got it !!!
How do we get this Quest it be a big Help Guys !!!!

I wish sts can change the name or rarity of altar relic and recipe so they won't overlap each other. Because too much scrolling to find the relic in auc. It's so inconvenient to check their price. Thank you.
