Al not loading

Guys I haven't been able to login for days,
I have been stuck on one screen as shown in the picture below..
I have uninstalled, reinstalled, I have changed storages, I have also installed on my other phone same problem.. so I tried to play on chrome.. now it tells me bad gateway.. nothing else.. what so I do? Please help...

If these are all on wifi (or wired on same network):
Have you tried rebooting your router?
Have you tried from a different network?
Do you get the same results pointing your browser at http://54.152.44.107/arcanelegends/?
Do you get the same results with a browser other than Chrome?

I did find out that my mifi SIM had developed issues, same as my friend's sim card.. all I did was a simple swap to get it working, but the problem now is the ping spike.. it's never happened before.. on chrome all I get is reconnecting.. it's pretty bad..
