Does Frost Bolt Mastery work on any Mausoleum bosses? Thanks in advance for any replies.

I used to have it maxed and ended up deciding that it was too infrequent and when I did work is was so brief that my points were better used elsewhere.
Could be others might disagree, but I haven't looked back in regret
