Hey, Mages! I kinda need help on building my new account.

- Shall I choose “Strength” in Attribute Points or should I just focus on “Intelligence”? (My friend told me I should focus on Strength and I’ll just get the ‘Intelligence’ in gears.) but i need to know your tips.

- Suggestions for PvE Skills, Passives and Masteries.

- Suggestions for the best gears for a budget of 1m for LVL64-66 :)

For maus and esg use skills:

Shield (full)
Time shift (full)
Heal(full)
Gale (all except speed buff)

Put all masteries into shield and if any left into gale
Passives put all max ecept speed boost

For reg pve build for easier maps

Shield (All except push enemy back)
Heal (full)
Fireball (full)
time shift (full)

Passives the same, masteries the same, if any extra put into fire

For pvp build

Shield (All except push enemy back)
Gale (all except speed)
Lgithning (all except when enemies explode)
Heal (All except increase radius)

Passives the same but speed might be essential this time up to you
Masteries, all in shield extra in lightning.

PVE Gear
1m budget:

- undying husk
- lvl 64-66 staff brutality
- legendary ring brut
- legendary pend brut
- mythic belt (58)
- rare art
- balance/legendary helm

Full mind jewel of your choice

Unlimited budget:

- flame forge + drag staff
- tainted set / endless set
- arc belt
- arc artifact
- venomous haste / arc ring +arc pend / egg set

Using Frost Bolt instead of Gale Force can be sometimes frustrating when you get slowed down by mobs, but it's up to personal preference. If you don't use/have an anti-curse pet or Ankhs you should swap Frost Bolt with Gale Force 100%. Arcane Shield, Fireball and Time Shift are non-replaceable. Imo Lifegiver is a waste of a skill slot in PvE. Hope this helped.

Gale Force with 10/10 Mastery is a must if you don't use Glowstik/Nilbog or Ankhs. If you're not a fan of Gale Force/Frost Bolt I would replace it with Fireball 5/5 with 10/10 Mastery. Time Shift and Arcane Shield are a must. Imo Lifegiver is a waste of a skill slot in PvE. Hope this helped.

Only thing I farm atm is Mausoleum, when I start farming Elite maps for aps I will probably use a different build.

Yes Breeze passive and AA is good, but the HB is bad.

Thank you to all perspectives in this thread. One question about mage Jewelry/Awakenings:

- Anyone use the "Wild Talisman of Will" Brut/Potency as Necklace? For Maus/GY, I use the Wild Talisman of Will (64 str, 32 int, 1.0 h/s, +9.01 dmg, +81 armor) [Stats are probably slightly off, I don't have it in front of me] with Fury Gems, to maximize durability.

- I don't really notice a difference from the 1.0 h/s (does this mean you get 1 health per second, so 60 hp per minute?) but it sounded good when I was looking at it in auction.

- For non GY/Maus maps (easier maps), I switch to Primary Int/secondary STR/DMG jewelry, but for Maus runs I prefer the HP/armor bonus.

I also have 125 armor bonus' in almost all of my awakenings, which I believe is helpful, but would appreciate input on this.

Hello everyone.I was thinking of using FB Gale time shift and shield. will that be alright? and can anyone one post about what the strategy should be for bosses. I'm mostly planning on going solo. And is there any good solo build? Plz give the details of skill point allocation.

Hello all veteran mage players,
I wanted to make a threat here but I can't cause my account are newly made.

I'm old player but back then I only played till lvl 28+ or so which it's at the tower of mauldrom or so aka the dead city ending.
Back then I heard or what I know is flamestrike of staff is good but right now I'm not sure which is good and I been reading around here's past week some sId there are specific staff for boss or pve.
But it's a new account and it's my first time going to lvl 48 so I'm not sure at the later stage which I should save up for to buy and I probably could only afford one staff as it's expensive.

Oh the armor I'm not sure what to get too


I kept dying as well I'm. It sure how can I advance if my friends are sleeping or working which means I can't solo since he's playing warrior also I died sometimes too and recently more ever since at the map near glint stone cavern. It took me less than 5 seconds to killed by a horde of monster ..


For skill build I tried different before and look through as well some said that,

When casting spell is it bad if you were to not charge the skills? Because sometime in wondering those people charge all the way throughout the boss fight?
Is it bad if I were to not charge my skills?
Fireball, timeshift, lighting and arcane shield is good.

Any more information why is it good or bad like some said heal are bad. Not sure if I should take gale or frostbolt too or stop using lighting. Why does heal looks had though cause I thought could give me and my friend up and mana.

The attributes I'm not sure how I should add. At first I add 2 strong everytime I lvl and rest int but I reset it and add strong to 10 only while int the rest.

How should I able to farm next time though to buy armor and weapon cause I see some of the price are million...


Ps: my friends walk so fast always cos warrior and rogue got speed boost..
Any idea how can I walk faster other than gale enhancement skill?
