My question: How come i don't hv quest to take on Lv13?? Or should i take the quest in some place??

On the world map, if you click on a town, it shows the suggested level to play and how many quests there are.

Only one more level and the next quests will be available lvl 14 to go to Delta :) (Each area has a certain amount of Quests available.

Delta - Lvl 14 - 16 recommended
Numa - Lvl 19 - 21 recomm'
Slouch-O - Lvl 24 - 26 recomm'
Shipyards - Lvl 29 - 31 recomm'
