I got banned like 4 month ago. And already send mail to support. But, until now.. i didnt received any reply from sts support. Please help me..due i never do TOS or break rules. I really love this games. - Ign : Mask

Please note that if you have been involved in gold buying or selling, or account/name buying and selling, or offer fraud, or anything else that you know we don't like, support most likely will not respond as they have already spent enough time on the issue.
