Aoe darkbolt and ice

Are there any aoe darkbolt wands/staffs? Also are there any aoe ice wands/staffs past lvl 35? I was wondering one more thing... Are there any aoe wands? (I'm sorry if these questions are nooby... I just want an answer.)

I believe that the Apep sunkiller staffs do aoe ice damage (lvl45).
I don't know about any weapon with darkbolt aoe damage, neither a wand. But I wont consider me an expert, so... maybe someone else knows better :)
