After the latest update: Do vanitys still drop?

You now get armor drops that match your characters level..its great.
the drop tables abviously got changed but how does that affect that vanity drops?
do they still drop in their regular spots?

What about the legendary parts like Vular Squishers that drop in Slouch-O and are pink lv30 parts? Do these only drop to lv30 players now?

I need clarification before continuing to farm for vanitys.

Every map's boss drops a level-characteristic item (ex. Numa mobs drop l55 items but the boss drops sandstorm, L20 items etc.)
