Is it against tos to trade an ign to another ign? (In game name)

Here is a quote from the devs
You may not buy, sell, give or trade any account, nor attempt to buy, sell, give or trade any account. SPACETIME owns, has licensed, or otherwise has rights to all of the content that appears in game. You agree that you have no right or title in or to any such content, including without limitation the virtual goods or currency appearing or originating in the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, or any other attributes associated with an account. SPACETIME does not recognize any purported transfers of virtual property executed outside of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, or the purported sale, gift or trade in the "real world" of anything that appears or originates therein. You may not sell in-game items or currency for "real" money, or exchange those items or currency for value outside of the game.
So the short answer, no you are not allowed to trade igns,
However, there is a loophole xD, say you are giving away your ign to whoever you are trading with then say that the person you are trading with is giving away their ign to you xD. cuz theoretically you are giving away and not trading haha. Dont try it fr tho. Dont ban me pls haha :P

this is talking about accounts... trading igns is legal as long as u are not paying for it, hence there being threads of igns up on forums as giveaways without being taken down, if it causes no harm and losing this ign is giving you no real value, it isnt a problem

IGN for IGN is no longer nothing of value, therefore not technically a giveaway any longer.

Carefully! Don't screw yourselves.there are technicalities to this but I wouldn't expect any form of help on this if it goes wrong. I'm to cautious and wouldnt put my account at risk.
If it doesn't fit inside the trade window it isn't a legal trade.

Not true. Dex was banned for entirely different reasons.
We're fine with name giveaways as long as they are done for goodwill and not for the exchange of anything (in or out of game).
