I feel like evasive rate is at its biggest when you login and go straight to the map where it can spawn.

I had 4 different evasive mobs spawned in 1st run after log-in

Found ikku twice in elite southern gate from timed runs. Approximately around 100-200 runs. Some did more I assume. Willing to help out :)
