Top lvl characters need a special elixir or one at a discount.

Would this be like a special damage elixir or speed? IMO, I don't think It'd be fair to those who aren't "top level" players. Also, "top level" players get vanity items which IMO is good enough. :)

I think he's asking for a combo elixir that doesn't include xp since you don't need xp anymore when capped, and cheaper than the normal one because one effect is excluded.
I support this.
